The wonder of giving comes in many forms. At Macy’s, we’ve brought this to life, partnering with Make-A-Wish for our annual Believe campaign for the past 12 years to help make wishes come true across the country for children with critical illnesses. Meet our wish kid Brantley, whose wish was to go to Colorado to build a snowman and who loves airplanes. The surprise we delivered to him on Macy’s Wish Wednesday captured the hearts of all who were able to witness his joy.
On Dec. 6, Macy’s celebrated National Believe Day and delivered one of the greatest gifts across the country – the gift of hope. This year was our most successful National Believe Day to date. We exceeded our goal and collected 1,348,107 letters in one day to raise $1 million for Make-A-Wish. That’s in addition to the $1 million we’ve committed for letters collected through December 24.
