Celebrating diversity is an integral part of our culture as an organization and this month, Coast to Coast had the opportunity to connect with some our colleagues to share their thoughts on the importance of Black History Month, what black excellence means to them and the opportunities that lie ahead.

At Macy’s Backstage, our assortment is off price, on trend and arriving daily. And since the opening of our first location in 2015, we’ve expanded to more than 200 Macy’s stores.
This month, we opened the doors to a brand new distribution center in Columbus, OH, to support logistics for Macy’s Backstage. Backstage offers fashion-loving customers another way to shop at their favorite Macy’s store by providing a store-within-store shopping experience with significant savings.
As part of our nationwide Pride + Joy campaign, Macy’s raised funds and awareness for The Trevor Project’s life-saving mission to end suicide for LGTBQ young people through a host of initiatives.
