Bloomingdale’s Takes ‘Girlfriends’ Guide’ Style from Screen to Store

Shoppers at Bloomingdale’s 59th Street store were invited to a special event on Jan. 10 to celebrate the return of the hit Bravo show, “Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce.” Brooke Jaffe, Bloomingdale’s fashion director, hosted a panel with Lisa Edelstein, one of the show’s stars; Meryl Poster, executive producer; Cynthia Summers, costume designer; and Ramy Sharp, founder and creative director of the Ramy Brook brand.

The women shared their thoughts on style, character inspiration and series development, as well as a sneak peek at the upcoming season. Following the discussion, attendees were able to check out the latest Ramy Brook looks – some featured in the show – and grab a photo with Edelstein.

Jaffe, Sharp and Edelstein also were joined by other members of the show’s team as they hosted a panel discussion and reception for shoppers at Bloomingdale’s Century City store in Los Angeles on Jan. 19.
