On Feb. 7, ONYX, our employee resource group aiming to empower black Associates, hosted a panel discussion featuring beauty industry leaders that explored black beauty and talked about next steps on the journey to inclusion.

It has grown tremendously through the years, from a small group to hundreds of national members. To date, ONYX has successfully fostered both personalized conversations and broader, cultural emphasis on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. ONYX already shines, but for Black History Month Coast to Coast is aiming the spotlight on this truly transformational group.
