Go Red: Macy’s Heartfelt Runway Message

Macy’s brought a heartfelt message to the runway during New York Fashion Week as presenting sponsor of the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Red Dress Collection Fashion Show on Feb. 9.

Seventeen celebrity models participated in the show, wearing red dresses created by emerging and established designers, with three from the not-for-profit, independently-run Fashion Incubator Programs housed at Macy’s. And this year, heart disease survivors – including Odilia Cristabel Flores, senior manager in Macy’s Social Compliance Department and one of the faces of the Macy’s Go Red campaign – walked the runway with the celebrities to help remind women of the importance of protecting their heart health.
